Il&nbsp;s&rsquo;agit probablement d&rsquo;un rejet de racine du vieux sujet en proie aux champignons et \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir incertain, mais la proximit\u00e9 du prunier du voisin peut laisser supposer que le jeune arbre est issu d&rsquo;un noyau.<\/p>\n<p>Profitant de la tenue de l&rsquo;atelier de taille aux Crozes Bas, Jacky est retourn\u00e9 chez Mireille Faraut pour greffer cet arbre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des greffons : l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sec n&rsquo;a pas permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;arbre du voisin de faire de jolies pousses \u00e0 part quelques centim\u00e8tres maigrelets ! Heureusement, une branche basse avait \u00e9t\u00e9 taill\u00e9e, sans doute \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne dernier, et l&rsquo;arbre a fait des pousses plus jolies \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit de la cicatrisation, suffisamment vigoureuses pour les utiliser comme greffons.<\/p>\n<p>Vu la configuration du porte greffe, Jacky optait pour lui laisser trois branches charpenti\u00e8res bien dispos\u00e9es et pratiquait une greffe en fente double sur la plus grosse branche et une greffe en fente simple sur les deux autres.
